  •  All sales through www.bhtstore.ug (the “Site”) are subject to and conditioned upon acceptance of these Terms of Sale. These Terms of Sale are an integral part of the Site‘s Terms and Conditions of Use (the “T&Cs”). 
  • Any purchase made on www.bhtstore.ug is subject to these Terms of Sale and other applicable policies located on the Site. The Site may modify these Terms of Sale and any other applicable policies from time to time and such modifications become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. 
  • By placing an order to purchase a product from the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into an agreement to purchase the product(s). You also represent that any information provided by you in connection with such order is true, accurate and complete. 
  • Prices for products are as stated on the Site. All prices are in Ugandan shillings. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without prior notice. 
  • Payment must be received in full prior to the fulfilment of any order. 
  • All orders are subject to any applicable taxes, including but not limited to Value Added Tax. 
  • Delivery of products ordered through the Site will be made within 1 to 3 working days, barring exceptional circumstances. 
  • If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will inform you of any unforeseen delays or the cancellation of your order and will return any relevant payment in full. 
  • Your order may be cancelled by us due to any of the following reasons: product is oversold; any details you submitted in connection with your order are inaccurate; or we are unable to fulfil your order in a timely manner. 
  • Any cancelled orders on the Site shall be refunded in full. 
  • Upon delivery, title and full risk of loss for the products pass to you. The risk of loss shall remain on you until the products are received at our designated return address. 
  • By placing an order on the Site, you agree to accept delivery of the purchased items within 1 to 3 working days. 
  • We may cancel any order at our discretion if we suspect any fraudulent activity in connection with the order. 
  • We may not accept returns or exchanges on products accepted as delivered.  
  • In the event of damaged products in transit, we will gladly replace the damaged products. 
  • We reserve the right to decline to ship any products to certain addresses.

Payment

  • All payments for purchases made via www.bhtstore.ug shall be made by approved means of payment including but not limited to debit cards, credit cards, mobile money and cash on delivery. 
  • You may also opt to purchase items on www.bhtstore.ug and collect in–store. When collecting items in–store, payment must be made by approved means of payment.
  • We reserve the right to change our payment terms and payment methods from time to time without notice. 
  • Full payment of the purchase price including all applicable taxes and delivery costs must be made prior to orders being shipped. 
  • Where you have selected items for home delivery, payment for these must be made by the approved means of payment prior to the items being shipped. 
  • We reserve the right to redirect orders where we have identified an issue with the selected payment method. 
  • We reserve the right to take reasonable steps to validate the information you provided and to verify the payment method including but not limited to, requiring additional methods of payment such as credit or debit card authorisation.
  • We accept no liability whatsoever in respect of any damage or loss suffered by you through any reasonable verification steps we take in accordance with these terms.
  • We reserve the right to refuse payments at any time including but not limited to payments which we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent.
